TERMS OF USE

Ziplinegear.com Blog

This Terms of Use Agreement (" Agreement" ) is between Sleaddventures LLC (doing business as ziplinegear.com) (" Sleaddventures" ), and you (" User" ). This Agreement shall apply to your access to and/or use of the weblog (" Blog" ) at ziplinegear.com.

1. License. Sleaddventures grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to
   access and use the Blog in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Copyright. The Blog may contain proprietary content of Sleaddventures that is protected by copyright and other laws respecting proprietary rights. Sleaddventures retains all rights in the Blog, including (without limitation) all copyright and other proprietary rights worldwide in all media. By submitting content for posting to the Blog, you hereby grant Sleaddventures a perpetual, exclusive, unrestricted, non-revocable, royalty-free license to use, print, publish, sell, copy, distribute, make derivative works of, and license others to use the content in any form or medium, now or hereafter existing, or in any language, during the full term of the copyright therein and throughout the world. You acknowledge that any Sleaddventures publication (in any format) containing such content will contain a Sleaddventures copyright notice.
3. Privacy Policy. All user information submitted by you to, or posted on, the Blog is subject to
   our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
   The Privacy Policy governs the use of information by Sleaddventures only, and
   Sleaddventures disclaims any responsibility for use of such information by any third party.
4. Content and Conduct Rules and Obligations. You understand that all content is the sole
   responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. This means that you, and not
   Sleaddventures, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, transmit, or
   otherwise make available via the Blog. You represent that you have all rights necessary to
   offer such content for posting without violation of any intellectual property or other rights or
   any laws or regulations.
5. The opinions expressed in the Blog are not necessarily those of Sleaddventures and/or its
   employees. Under no circumstances will Sleaddventures be liable in any way for any content,
   including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or
   damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or
   otherwise made available via the Blog. You acknowledge that Sleaddventures shall have the
   right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is
   available via the Blog, and to edit any content, that violates this Agreement or is otherwise
   objectionable.

DISCLAIMER

Activities involving the installation and use of zip lines, pulleys, harnesses, braking systems and other related gear are potentially hazardous by their very nature. Anyone purchasing, installing or using equipment from Sleaddventures LLC (doing business as ziplinegear.com) must:

1. get proper training and instruction regarding its correct installation and safe use;
2. ensure proper oversight, supervision and instruction (including the use of appropriate safety
   equipment) for themselves others using the equipment;
3. ensure all equipment is properly maintained and inspected for damage or wear prior to each
   use, and;
4. assume all risks and accept full responsibility for any damage or injury, including death, that
   may arise from its use.
